I am Caroline Chambers, owner of My Pilates Partner. In my work with women after childbirth I draw on my years of experience as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. As I mum of 2 I know only too well how changed our bodies are after childbirth and how much exercise can help us regain our confidence in this new body. I love to help mums embrace these changes for good. I want to encourage mums not just to move, but to move well, as they undertake the physical challenges of motherhood and to love themselves for the strong women that they are.
