Rest of the World

Due to events relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to offer shipping to the rest of the world at this time. As the situation calms and returns to pre-pandemic rates and availabilities, we are hoping to introduce this service once again. ORDER STATUS

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and the package has left our facility.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You may track your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. The tracking number has the most recent shipping information. If your package has not arrived within the specified transit time, feel free to contact us.

NOTE: UK-based customers may find that the link to parcelforce.com tracking has dropped their tracking code. Please get in touch at info@lolalykke.com if this is the case, and we will provide your tracking number separately!

CHANGE OR CANCEL

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to try to accommodate your request. Our shipping department generally processes orders as they come in, so the window to edit or cancel is short.
