Returns must meet the following criteria:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Items must be in original condition, not worn and not washed.


We offer easy free returns for all domestic orders. If you want to return items from your order, simply notify us by clicking here: START A RETURN.

Place the returnable items in the original packaging and bring the parcel to your nearest Posti office or Matkahuolto service point depending on your chosen return method. For Posti-returns, please quote contract number: 656592. For Matkahuolto-returns, quote contract number: 9538183.

Retain your return shipment receipt until you receive your refund. Domestic returns are free of charge.

Place the returnable items in the original packaging and choose the delivery service of your preference (for example, bring your parcel to your nearest post office) and send the package back to us. Please note that the return process is under your responsibility (insurance, fees, tracking code), and the shipment transit time depends on the delivery service you have chosen.

Remember to obtain a return shipment receipt from your local service provider, when handing over the return shipment. Retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.

Our Irish returns are handled directly by An Post. Simply click this link: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns, select 'Lola&Lykke' as the retailer, choose a reason for return and put in your order number. Then choose whether you want to drop off the parcel (it can be dropped off in any Post Office, no need to select one when booking the return) or book a collection. No payment is required to book the return.


1. Product returns and right of withdrawal

1.1. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased at the Lola&Lykke online shop (https://lolalykke.com/), you may use your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we provide you with 16 extra calendar days within which you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges. Therefore, you have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.

1.2. You must notify us of your intention to return the order within the timelines set out above in section 1.1. You may notify us by clicking here START A RETURN or submitting the below information to us by email at info@lolalykke.com:

1.3. You must ship the order back to us within 14 days from notifying us that you wish to return your order.

1.4. No breastfeeding product is returnable or refundable once its packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Once the box seal has been broken the breastfeeding product cannot be returned.

1.5. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. However, you have a right to examine the product in the same way as you would in a store.

1.6. Any product that is returned must be in merchantable condition, or it will not be accepted. Returns are subject to evaluation by Lola&Lykke.

1.7. Only products purchased from the online shop at https://lolalykke.com/ may be returned directly to Lola&Lykke, for returns on products purchased elsewhere please contact the applicable retailer.

1.8. Lola&Lykke reserves the right to suspend the payment of any refund until Lola&Lykke has received the returned products, or the customer has provided Lola&Lykke with proof that the product has been shipped.

1.9. The return of any product will be at the risk of the customer. The products for return shipment must be packed so that they will not be damaged, preferably using the original packing if possible or other suitable packaging with sufficient protection against shipping damage. All accessories and packaged components must be returned together with the returned products. In case you as the customer have handled or packed the product negligently, or otherwise handled the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, you are responsible for compensating the possible reduction of value of the returned products up to the full price of such products.

2. Refunds

2.1. We will use the same payment method for returning the funds to you as used in the original transaction. The refund will be transferred from Lola&Lykke to you through Paytrail secure payments, Shopify Payments or the Paypal portal.

2.2. Once the product return is received and registered, you will receive an email confirmation. We will reimburse any payments received from you without delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. However, if we have not received your return within 14 days from your notice of withdrawal, we may refrain from refunding your payment until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof of having returned the products, for example by means of a return receipt.

2.3. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. This is dependent on the card issuers and is out of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card used when the order was placed. If this is not possible (i.e. the card is declined, cancelled, or has expired), please contact Customer Service and we will refund you through a bank transfer.

3. Claims

3.1. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

3.2. If your order has been damaged upon delivery, please email our Customer Service team at info@lolalykke.com

3.3. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged, or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its packaging with your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted regarding the matter as soon as possible.

3.4. Please note that we do not compensate for normal wear and tear of the product or for defects due to improper handling or neglect of care.

4. Green Shipping

To minimise waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please re-use the Lola&Lykke packaging your items were delivered in for any returns.

5. Exchanges

5.1. We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item, and place an order for the new item online.


Lola&Lykke Oy reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time. However, the return policy in force when you place your order will be applicable to that order.

It takes around 14 working days for us to receive and process your return. When the return is registered, you will receive an email confirmation. We will issue your refund within approximately 2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take several days for refunds to appear on your account.
