Items must be in original condition, not worn and not washed.
OUR RETURN PROCESS – DOMESTIC ORDERS (FINLAND)
We offer easy free returns for all domestic orders.
Bring the parcel to your nearest Posti office or Matkahuolto service point depending on your chosen return method. For Posti-returns, please quote contract number: 656592. For Matkahuolto-returns, quote contract number: 9538183.
Retain your return shipment receipt until you receive your refund. Returns are free.
OUR RETURN PROCESS – EU COUNTRIES, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND AND NORTH AMERICA
We offer easy free returns within the EU and North America.
Place the returnable item(s) in the original packaging (box or bag) or other similar packaging.
If you want to return items from your order, simply notify us by clicking here: START A RETURN. We will arrange for the returnable items to be picked up from you, free of charge.
Our Irish returns are handled directly with An Post. Simply click this link: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns, select ´Lola&Lykke´ as the retailer, choose a reason for return and put in your order number. Then choose whether you want to drop off the parcel (it can be dropped off in any Post Office, no need to select one when booking the return) or book a collection. No payment required to book the return.
OUR RETURN PROCESS – REST OF THE WORLD
Fill in the return form and place it together with the returnable item(s) in the original packaging (box or bag) or other similar packaging. Our return address can be found on the return form.
Choose the delivery service you prefer, pay for the return postage and send the returnable items to our returns address. Retain a return shipment receipt until you receive your refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your product, simply return your order and place a new order with our online store.
We will use the same payment method for returning the funds to you as used in the original transaction. The refund will be transferred from Lola&Lykke to you through Svea Payment Oy or the Paypal portal.
It takes around 14 working days for us to receive and process your return. When the return is registered, you will receive an email confirmation. We will issue your refund within approximately 2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take several days for refunds to appear on your account.
Please note: it may take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. This is dependent on the card issuers and is out of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card used when the order was placed. If we are unable to do this (i.e. the card is declined, cancelled or has expired), please contact Customer Service and we will refund you through a bank transfer.
