Your high school health teacher probably made it sound like you can get pregnant any time you have sex. But in truth, it’s a little more complicated and getting pregnant can take a longer time. A healthy, 30-year-old woman has only a 20% chance of getting pregnant each month.
If you’re anxious to get pregnant, there are a few steps you can take to make “trying” more effective. Before trying to get pregnant, you should try to be as healthy as possible. There are also some prenatal vitamins you can take to help you prepare for pregnancy.
