Follow the quick guides below to get started. For complete instructions, please refer to the user manuals.
Pregnancy Support Belt
1. Open the belt by undoing the hook-and-loop fasteners.
2. Position the wide back panel against your lower back and wrap the right side of the belt over the left beneath your bump.
3. Fasten the lower strap securely beneath your bump so it feels supportive without restricting movement.
4. Pull the elastic side straps evenly to adjust the compression, then attach them to the loop panels.
5. Make sure the fabric lies flat against your body without folding or creating pressure points.
6. Readjust the tension until the belt feels comfortably supportive and allows you to move and breathe freely.
Postpartum Support Band
1. Open the support band and undo the hook-and-loop fasteners.
2. Position the wide back panel against your lower back with the label on the bottom right, then wrap the band around your hips and waist.
3. Fasten the lower strap around your hips to create a stable foundation.
4. Secure the upper strap around your waist, ensuring the fabric lies flat without folds.
5. Adjust the compression until the band feels supportive without restricting your breathing.
6. If needed, loosen or readjust the straps, especially during the early stages of recovery. Avoid over-tightening to protect your pelvic floor.
Air both support belts after use and wipe away surface marks with a damp cloth whenever possible.
When a deeper clean is needed, gently hand wash in cold water. Do not soak. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron.
