So many errors made! Absolutely dreadful customer service!
From ordering to receiving the order has been a total nightmare! It has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It is crazy to me that this is a company that claims to advocate for mothers and their wellbeing! As they have been detrimental to my mental health causing me unnecessary stress when I’m also very heavily pregnant.
For such an expensive product i honestly expected way better. They are very unprofessional and lack basic customer service.

I messaged them through every way possible from their website, Instagram, emails & WhatsApp multiple times! They claim they respond immediately which is complete lies! Their service is just so appalling and very unprofessional. It’s crazy to me that this a company that claims to advocate for mothers and their wellbeing! For such an expensive product i honestly expected way better. The state I received my order was so appalling. They sent me a used returned breastfeeding kit! Not everything was in the box either. The packaging was ripped, damaged and you can certainly tell it was not brand new! It is very shocking they would even think it’s acceptable to send out a customer order in this state!
