We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Lola&Lykke. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus possible shipping, handling or other charges. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. This return period constitutes fourteen days starting from the day on you have received your package.
All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. You must pack the items for return shipment with care so that they will not be damaged. Please note that we will not be able to give refunds for items that have either been worn, damaged or packed negligently.

We will use the same payment method for returning the funds to you as used in the original transaction. The refund will be transferred from Lola&Lykke to you through Maksuturva Group secure payments or the Paypal portal.
You will get two email confirmations: the first one once your return is received in our warehouse and the second one when your refund has been processed.
We will issue your refund within approximately 2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take several days for refunds to appear on your account, typically up to 7 business days. Your return will be refunded within 14 days, according to your payment method.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item and reorder the new item online. We will refund your money for the returned item as soon as we receive the parcel, according to our refund policy.
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its packaging with your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
