Suitable for both vaginal and c-section births, our support belts continue to aid your body’s recovery regardless of how your baby is delivered. Especially in the later stages of pregnancy, a pregnancy support belt can reduce discomfort so you can move around with ease, helping you through physical activities.

Throughout your pregnancy, your body undergoes huge changes; your core muscles weaken, and your pelvic bones soften which can lead to pain in your lower back, joints, and muscles. Lola&Lykke’s Pregnancy Support Band is designed to take the burden and support your growing baby bump, which significantly reduces pain and discomfort.

After birth, the hormone Relaxin, which helps to relax your ligaments for childbirth, continues to remain in your circulation for some time (approx. 5-12 months). This impacts your postpartum recovery, as your joints, ligaments, and muscles will continue to be more lax and a little less stable, even though you are no longer pregnant. A postpartum support belt is a great way to support your unstable joints and muscles after birth, accelerate your recovery and help build up the strength your body had pre-pregnancy.

Although our support bands are super comfy to wear, it is important that you don’t wear them whilst you sleep. The support bands are best used when you are standing, exercising, breastfeeding and/or sitting for a short time.
