So many errors made! Absolutely dreadful customer service!

From ordering to receiving the order has been a total nightmare! It has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It is crazy to me that this is a company that claims to advocate for mothers and their wellbeing! As they have been detrimental to my mental health causing me unnecessary stress when I’m also very heavily pregnant.
For such an expensive product i honestly expected way better. They are very unprofessional and lack basic customer service.

From ordering to receiving the order has been a total nightmare! It has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I messaged them through every way possible from their website, Instagram, emails & WhatsApp multiple times! They claim they respond immediately which is complete lies! Their service is just so appalling and very unprofessional. It’s crazy to me that this a company that claims to advocate for mothers and their wellbeing! They have been detrimental to my mental health causing me unnecessary stress when I’m very heavily pregnant.
For such an expensive product i honestly expected way better. The state I received my order was so appalling. They sent me a used returned breastfeeding kit! Not everything was in the box either. The packaging was ripped, damaged and you can certainly tell it was not brand new! It is very shocking they would even think it’s acceptable to send out a customer order in this state!

Sometimes a brand comes along that feels like so much more than just a brand.

As a fourth-time postpartum mum, I’ve been having a bit of a difficult time. My head has felt cloudy, life has felt overwhelming, and I’ve been in that very real postpartum bubble where you’re so busy looking after everyone else that you can forget about yourself.

This little one is my rainbow baby. This postpartum journey has carried a lot of emotions with it. So while I’m incredibly grateful to have my beautiful baby here, it hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows behind the scenes.

Then this parcel arrived, and somehow, this brand brought a little bit of that sunshine and rainbows into a very cloudy space.

Everything was packaged with so much care, and there were so many thoughtful goodies, things that felt genuinely focused on me as a mum, as well as my baby. It made me feel seen, cared for and remembered.

And honestly, I don’t know how they did it, but they somehow made me feel like I came first.

From the branding and beautiful presentation (the flowers are my favourite) to the thought that has clearly gone into the products and the care behind the customer experience, there is just something really lovely about this company. You can feel the heart behind what they do.

I’m actually going out for a date night with my friend soon, and I cannot WAIT to take my pump and its gorgeous bag with me. In fact, I’ve planned my outfit around it. It’s officially becoming my handbag.

So, thank you. Thank you for doing what you do, and for putting so much thought, care and love into something that landed at exactly the right time for me.

Great pump, very easy to use and expressing works well. I would recommend this pump. It is relatively small, fits really well and the bags make it easy to pump.

The pump does the job, is easy to use and looks very nice. The only downside is when assembling the pump after cleaning it, it's hard to screw the motor unit and suction bowl back onto the connector without leaving a gap. The pump still works though.

Minulla oli Lolan vanha pumppumalli käytössä esikoisen aikaan ja rakastin sitä, joten odotukset olivat korkealla tämän uuden puettavan mallin suhteen. Pumppu tuntuu ihanalta rinnalla kun lämmitystoiminto on päällä, se on tehokas ja kivuton. pumppausasetusten vaihtaminen oli helppoa ja osat on helppo puhdistaa alkuhankaluuksien jälkeen, kun oppii missä järjestyksessä osat tulee laittaa. loistava tuote!

Bloome is by far my favorite pump. It empties me as good as my wall pump but is completely hands-free. Not to mention that it's also very comfortable and quiet while working ! As an exclusively pumping mum, it’s super important that I’m able to fully empty my breast every pump session, and Bloome does that so well! The added heat feature is a big plus. Highly recommend for any pumping mum .

We don’t use bottles a huge amount, so I always like to be honest about that when sharing bottle reviews.
These bottles are lovely, compact and really easy to pop into the nappy bag when you’re out and about. The teats are a nice shape and a good size, and overall they feel like a really practical option for mums who do use bottles regularly.

They’re not personally my favourite bottles, but that’s more down to my own preference than anything else. I’m a big fan of glass bottles, so I’d absolutely love to see a glass option from the brand in the future, I think that would be a gorgeous addition to the range.

That said, if you’re looking for something lightweight, compact and easy to throw in your changing bag, these are definitely worth considering.
