I so much this product. It’s a game changer. I got an extra spare part set of the electric pump for work .

The set is indeed beautiful but unfortunately the flange is still big for my nipple. It sucks them inside each time I pump causing me discomfort.

Made my pump like brand new! Amazing!

Edullinen vaihtosetti. Kaikki muut osat olivat tarpeellisia lukuunottamatta maitopussin adapteria ja olisi ollut plussaa, jos sen olisi saanut valittua pois tilauksesta. Se tulee mukana jokatapauksessa tilattaessa maitopusseja, jotka eivät ole itselle tarpeellisia. Minigrip-pussit ovat edullisempia ja ajavat saman asian.

Tosi mahtista että saa kaikki muoviosat itse valitun kokoisella suuttimella. Olisi kiva jos tähän kuuluisi myös tuttipullon tuttiosa.

I was having a lot of pain with the standard 24mm flange. Adjusting the size to 21 has been a lifesaver.

Although I like the pump, I had a really bad experience with this company. They claim delivery takes 48hrs and this is why I did my purchase since I needed the spare parts and I was in a specific place for a limited amount of time, so I placed my order. The order arrived 5 days later when I wasnt there anymore. I contacted customer service several times to change the delivery address (when it was still possible to update) and they didn't do it. When I asked for a refund given that I had been misled by the website information, specifically repeated at the point of payment, they said I needed to send the parts back, knowing already my case.
They also said the 48 hrs means from the moment they ship their products to the courier, not the customer, again this is very very misleading, as a customer you read 48hr delivery and you expect this to be to your door.
I think they claim to be customer centric but I found the support to be very poor and the information on the website to effectively be a lie.

After measuring myself, I got a 24mm with a flange insert the flange is very comfortable. The parts are easy to assemble and wash. Overall love it!
