How Each Payment Method Works

Debit and credit cards

Select card payment at checkout and enter the requested card details. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

If your payment is declined even though the information is correct, contact your card issuer or choose another available payment method.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

Eligible express payment options appear automatically at checkout. Availability depends on your device, browser, country and saved payment details.

PayPal

Choose PayPal at checkout to continue securely to PayPal. Log in to your account, review the payment and confirm your purchase.

Finnish online banking

Online bank payments are available to eligible customers using supported Finnish banks. After selecting your bank, you will be directed to its secure online banking service to approve the payment.

The full order amount is charged when you confirm the payment.

Klarna

Klarna may offer eligible customers the option to pay later or divide the purchase into instalments. The exact options, payment schedule and applicable terms are shown by Klarna at checkout.

Klarna may perform an eligibility assessment. Late fees or other charges may apply if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule. Please review Klarna’s terms before confirming your purchase.

Gift cards and discount codes

Lola&Lykke gift cards can be entered in the gift card or discount code field at checkout.

  • Purchased gift cards can be used toward eligible orders until the available balance has been used.
  • Promotional gift cards are subject to the conditions stated in the relevant offer.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one discount code can normally be entered per order.

Refunds

How Refunds Are Processed

Returned to the original payment method

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund is issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Processing times after this point depend on your bank or payment provider.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or the alternative payment provider selected at checkout. Your bank statement may show the name of that payment provider.
