Our Story

Lola&Lykke was founded in 2018 by two Finnish women with a mission to support the health and wellbeing of new mums. Our innovative products are designed by the founders in Finland and the brand is committed to improving the everyday life of all the amazing mums out there.

Where does our story begin?

We have experienced first-hand many of the health and wellbeing challenges faced by new mums and used this knowledge to create unique products and solutions that support mums on their exciting new journey. We were frustrated by how difficult it was to find information and products aimed to resolve the post-natal problems we both struggled with. When we did not find what we were looking for, we decided to launch a maternity brand ourselves - and this is how the idea for Lola&Lykke was born.

As mums, we are so consumed with getting to grips with how to be a good parent that we often push our own needs to the bottom of the list of priorities. We at Lola&Lykke want to remind mums that self-care is not selfish: in fact, minding the minder is a win-win situation. In parenthood we need to care for ourselves in order to be at our best to care for the little people in our lives. If we can encourage mums to look after themselves more and make them feel less alone with the changes in their life and body, then we’ve done what we set out to do.

Our simple goal for Lola&Lykke is to improve mothers’ everyday life - allowing you to enjoy motherhood even more. We’re passionate about your health, wellbeing and supporting you in your journey as a mum. When you take a leap into the unknown and begin your exciting journey as a new parent, we will be there to support you along the way.

How do we help? We create innovative products for mums and seek solutions to the everyday health and wellness challenges mothers face. We care about every detail that goes into our products: we do research, test our products, ensure we use the best manufacturers and talk to mums to get their feedback. We grow our product range continuously, always seeking new ways to best meet the needs of mums.

Our mission is to inspire happy and healthy motherhood through a combination of unique health and wellness products and actionable information. Combining experience, research and innovation, we are there to provide mothers the tools and information they need to thrive in the busy world of parenting. As a mother, you’re facing unique challenges and seeking fixes that work for you. But despite our individual situations, we’re all in this sisterhood of mothers together.
